GXGXVIP Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. General Terms

4. Deposits

GXGXVIP accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

The minimum deposit at GXGXVIP is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though GXGXVIP reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for deposits above certain thresholds as required by applicable regulations.

• GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your GXGXVIP wallet instantly after transfer confirmation.

• Deposits made by third parties on behalf of a GXGXVIP player are not permitted. All deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name.

GXGXVIP reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for large deposits. This is a regulatory and anti-money laundering requirement and is not a reflection of any suspicion toward individual players.

5. Withdrawals

GXGXVIP processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to GCash, Maya, or the relevant bank account.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10–15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 banking hours.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may experience processing delays.
• Withdrawal requests made during scheduled maintenance windows may take additional time to process.

A referral is considered successful when the referred player completes registration with a valid referral code and makes a qualifying first deposit. 7. Gameplay Rules

12. Limitation of Liability
